#92 - Losing 17.5kgs & getting her life back with Pro-metabolic eating with Emma Churchill

Weight Loss For Women: empowering health, strength and nourishment - A podcast by Kitty Blomfield - Mercoledì

Emma is a busy working mum, with two kids. She is 43 years old and works as a hairdresser, but she’s managed to make the WinAtLife program work for her. It’s been quite incredible what she’s accomplished in just 18 weeks.Like many women, Emma tried every diet under the sun, spending money on anything and everything. She’s done shake diets, fasting, 1000-calorie diets, and more. Emma says none of it worked for very long and she didn’t particularly enjoy any of it. I’m sure many women can relate to Emma’s stories! In this episode, Emma and I talk about:➡️Her past history with dieting➡️Why she chose WinAtLife (Hint: Eating carbs and sugar again was a big part of it!)➡️How she’s lost 17.5 kgs eating 2150 calories per day while eating lots of delicious food (including chocolate)➡️What she’s enjoyed most about the program➡️How she does it all with two kids and her partner➡️The challenges she has faced and how she has overcome them➡️What kind of food she’s eating and how she meal plans➡️Advice to women thinking about joiningLINKSBook a free call and find out more about our 16 week Winatlife Accelerator Program 👉 BOOK CALLJoin our 7 Day Eat More, Train Less, Get Results Challenge 👉 JOIN NOWFollow Kitty on Instagram 👉  https://www.instagram.com/kittyblomfield/SHOW NOTES01:28 - Brief Background - Emma Churchill04:04 - Her past history with dieting05:46 - Why she joined WinAtLife program06:40 - How she’s lost 18.5 kgs eating 2150 calories per day while eating lots of delicious food08:37 - What other improvements she's seen while doing the program11:45 - What she’s enjoyed most about the program13:42 - The challenges she has faced and how she has overcome them15:28 - How she does it all with two kids and her partner16:16 - What she’s eating and how she meal plans17:47 - Advice to women thinking about joining Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands
