I feel Keith Littlewood needs no introduction! He’s been on our podcast plenty of times. He’s just a wealth of information, so we decided to sit down and talk about why some of these so called health foods like raw green veggies, nuts, seeds and vegetable oils may not be so super for our health after all!I remember back in my crazy diet days I cut all sugar, fruit and dairy from my diet and had green veggies at every single meal. I also made my own almond milk, ate a lot of nut butters and mainly consumed polyunsaturated fats. I always felt I was doing the right thing eating what I thought was 'clean' and healthy but I was bloated and constipated, I rarely slept through the night, I had painful and irregular periods, I was tired all the time and my hair was falling out. So I thought I’d sit down with Keith and look at the impact these so called health foods have our on digestion, hormones and thyroid health.
