Lisa is 53 years old and lives in the United States, working for a large auto parts company. Lisa’s story starts way back in her childhood. She grew up with a mother on Weight Watchers who always had a scale in the kitchen.Lisa actually thought she was an overweight kid, so she always did low-fat diets and restricted calories. She even did keto for 6 years and 86-hour fasts.
