Michael Quigley holds BA (Hons) 1st class degree in Drama & English from Chester University and an MA in English Language & Literature from Manchester University, as well as a, PGCE from Edge Hill.  He is a former primary school teacher with experience of coaching and leading. This is coupled with his passion for fitness and wellbeing. He is a member of BNI Zeus, a business networking group in the north west of England, where he is a keen networker and supporter.  Michael is the founder and director at Kataholos, a Lancashire based company that grows people through leadership development, training courses and products.
