Under pressure to prove that the G.C.P.D. is still powerful, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) attempts to bring in Jonathan Crane (Charlie Tahan). However, Gordon puts himself in a dangerous situation at Arkham when he is forced to fight off lunatics and the demon within himself. Meanwhile, with the unexpected return of Barbara Kean (Erin Richards), Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) and Tabitha Galavan (Jessica Lucas) must consider risks that come with joining her in the weapon business. Despite being arrested by the G.C.P.D. Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) continues his fight in Gotham with a little help of Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk). After being shoved aside by Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) and Tabitha, Ivy Pepper (Maggie Geha) takes matters into her own hands.
