309 - Lawrence D'Attilio - Global Village Board Member + Photagrapher

Lawrence D'Attilio is a board member of The Global Village, a Vietnamese American charity organization and an established artist primarily based in Los Angeles. He was based in Vietnam for 54 months through twelve years, 2006 - 2018.His photography book "The Soul of Vietnam" was published by ‘The Gioi” in Vietnam in 2016 with a parallel sixty image circulating exhibit appearing in three locations in Ha Noi, one in Malaysia and later in three U.S. museums. He has had exhibitions in Vietnam, Spain, Italy, Malaysia and the U.S.He also has taught photography as adjunct instructor in several universities and in the U.S. Embassy in Ha Noi. His images focuses on people, especially in Vietnam, has been directly aided through studying the artworks of famed photo journalist W.
