Publica: a jointly owned local authority company making a real difference

Over the course of the last two years, our Public Sector team has been undertaking a deep dive into the various public sector service delivery models available. In this podcast, Partner Amardeep Gill and Peter Chapman, Tax Director at KPMG, are joined by Jan Britton and Frank Wilson, the Executive Directors of Publica, a not-for-profit Teckal company owned by four local councils.
