Rick sat down for a chat with Judge Craig Mitchell, one of the stars of the new Skid Row movie (out 9th May) who saw running as a way to help those living on the streets of LA to quit drugs, get healthy and turn their lives around. With the promise of a chance to run an international marathon if they stuck to the plan, Judge Mitchell, used the running to provide balance in all their lives and offer him the opportunity to change the world in a way that he can’t in his own courtroom.
