This refers to freeing it from one thought after another. For this, Jairek recommends doing breathing exercises and taking a bath with cold water. Sit for three minutes in the shower. Open the tap and let the water run over you, with this is guaranteed to leave your mind free of all thoughts.⁣ ⁣ Calm your mind and keep it focused. Many times we are in a work meeting or playing with our children and our mind has a whole hurricane inside it, thinking of thousands of things at the same time, which causes us to lose focus.⁣ Jairek invites you to apply these exercises:⁣ ➤ To calm your mind: Inhale for 4 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds, inhale again for 4 seconds⁣ and exhale for 4 seconds. Practice it for 3 to 5 minutes.⁣ ➤ To maintain focus: Inhale for 4 seconds, but this time exhales for 2 seconds, inhale again for 4⁣ seconds, and exhale for 2 seconds.
