Is Shelton on the hot seat?

Are we closing in on the final days of Derek Shelton as Pirates manager? The Pirates were swept this weekend in Cincy and look like a totally hapless team. Shelton holds among the worst winning percentages of any manager in league history that has seen 700+ games. It also oddly seems like plenty of people feel bad for Shelton. The guys referenced the amount of players that have gotten worse under Shelton’s watch.
