HOUR 1 - 'Right direction' on Rodgers, Calls, Keith Law
The PM Team w/Poni & Mueller - A podcast by Audacy - Giovedì

Is there a deal done? It’s a tricky day to follow news, but Art Rooney told reporters that he feels like things are going in the ‘right direction’ with Aaron Rodgers. Saying that broke a longtime rule of the Rooney family – talking about a player that isn’t on the roster. How much longer will this go? Art Rooney said the Steelers were one of the teams that voted to ban the ‘tush push.’ We then took some calls on the Steelers love affair with Aaron Rodgers. Baseball prospect writer Keith Law from The Athletic joined the show. Keith doesn’t think Thomas Harrington, who is making his MLB debut tonight, is a Top 100 prospect on his board. He said Harrington does locate his pitches very well, but doesn’t have a strong out-pitch. Keith thinks Harrington could be a #4 starter this year. Keith talked about what Harrington can do to become a better arm at the Major League level. The Pirates also made a trade last night with the Mets – acquiring Alexander Canario, who has shown minor league power in his career so far. Keith likes the move because their system lacks power and pop. Keith said the bar is pretty low for the Pirates, which means Canario is the perfect type of guy the organization should be picking up. Keith had a few remarks about Konnor Griffin, the Pirates 1st round pick from last season. Keith got into some of the issues the Pirates have had taking chances on guys that don’t mesh with what they can develop.
