Dana Roared her Baby Out

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Dana. Dana is a Mama of two from the Bass Coast, Australia. Her first birth ended in an epidural, episiotomy, retained placenta and mastitis. And going from experiencing a catalyst of interventions with her first birth, Dana was determined to heal before having her second.  She wanted to fully understand what happened and where things went wrong so she could have a natural physiological birth with her next baby. With the full support of her husband, Dana dove into a deep primal state and road her baby out. She achieved the birth that she’d so deeply desired.
