This couldn't be further from the truth, our podcast guest Dr. Jen Wolkin shares. The feelings you push to the surface don't just magically disappear, which is why Dr. Jen Wolkin is giving us permission to feel all of the feels so that you can heal from divorce - in a really healthy way.
