She continued her studies at Stetson College of Law and graduated Cum Laude with her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Trial Advocacy. She began her legal career working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. Ms. Honickman has tried over 150 jury trials including misdemeanors, felonies, and domestic violence cases and has tried over 80 family law trials. Alyssa Honickman is an active member of her community. She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Family Law Section a Member of Kidside. Ms. Honickman currently is an active member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section. She is actively involved with the Florida Bar and participates in their annual and semi-annual conventions. Alyssa Honickman is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts and Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida.
