Summer Series - Who am I?

The Let’s Create Joy Podcast - A podcast by Ronja Sakata

At the beginning of each podcast, I ask: Who are you? I think that's a wonderful question.

Who are you?

You can start with... "I'm a daughter, a father, a food engineer...", what's your favorite color? Your favorite activity? When do you feel joy? When do you get annoyed?

One of my favorite activities is getting people to write. Let the pen whiz across the paper and see what comes out. So many gates & doors open when you ask yourself this question.

The summer series running on the blog and podcast is about big questions, like today's. If you want more concrete ideas on how to tackle these questions, be sure to sign up for the Seven Golden Days. Every day for seven days you'll get a suggestion to find out wonderful things about yourself. You'll also get a meditation to go even deeper and get answers out of you that you wouldn't have thought of otherwise.

It is so worthwhile to take the time to do this! Of course, as always, YOU choose the pace and you don't have to be "done" at all after 7 days. → Sign up for the free "Seven Golden Days" here: https://www.joyismycompass.com/sevengoldendays –––––––––– Connect with me here:
