Today on The Food Podcast Lindsay sits down with Alexander McCall Smith, Scottish writer and Emeritus Professor of Medical Law at the University of Edinburgh. What begins as as a conversation on his use of tea in writing becomes a deep dive into tea etiquette, kindness and the importance of ritual.
