596. Sugar and Colorectal Cancer

Did you know that colorectal cancer is the fastest growing cancer in women, next only to breast cancer? That’s a 30% uptick in the last few years, and that's just in women, nevermind men! We have a war going on in our gut between our good and bad bacteria. When that microbiome gets disrupted and then you add sugar and crappy carbs to the mix, you’re actually feeding an invasive army.
