Covid-19 coronavirus: are you protected under your Business Interruption Policy?

Members of Allen & Overy’s Insurance and Litigation teams held a call to discuss the extent to which business interruption policies protect against losses arising from the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak.  The call focused on: The nature of the insurance protection provided by these policies, circumstances in which cover may or may not be available and suggested future actions for clients.
