As the world marks the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes Against Journalists, the death toll for Palestinian journalists continues to rise. The United Nations and other organisations say the deaths of Palestinian journalists in Gaza and the occupied territories are threatening freedom of expression about what is really happening in Gaza.
