André Viljoen and Katrin Bohn are architects and academics who specialise in the study and implementation of urban agriculture. They previously published 'CPULs Continuous Productive Urban Landscapes: Designing urban agriculture for sustainable cities', and their new book 'Second Nature Urban Agriculture' is a brilliant round-up of the case for urban agriculture.
