This week federal prosecutors announced "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Jennifer Shah is facing federal charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in connection with a purported long-running telemarketing scam. Criminal defense attorney Richard Kaplan walks Kate through the charges.   Bianca Del Rio is best known for winning the sixth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
