Biden, Zelenskyy sign security pact as G7 backs using frozen Russian assets to aid Ukraine

President Biden signed a defense pact with Ukraine on the sidelines of the G7 meeting in Italy. The major industrialized powers also agreed on a plan to take Russian assets held in Europe and use that money to aid Ukraine in its fight.
