This week on the Live to Walk Again Podcast we had the opportunity visiting with Lenny Redrose who is a T4 paraplegic and Australian Army Veteran. We spoke to Lenny about how he suffered a spinal cord injury, competing again in sports from wheelchair Aussie Rules Football to Spartan races, and a company named RedTops that he's involved with providing work opportunities for people in the paralysis community. We also talked about his work as a peer mentor, real life with a spinal cord injury versus social media, and overcoming addiction.
