We discuss his plans for how to improve healthcare and education, how his parents motivated him to run for office and give back to the tribe, and some of the issues currently facing the tribe. We also talked about his passion for the environment and specifically salmon and native fishing rights and the honor of having a statue of his father Billy Frank Jr in the US Capitol.
