Mexicala Stripes, Turquoise Stripes, Sweet Stripes, Sunburst Stripes, Blue Raspberry Stripes. Done

Gigi is knitting the Vitamin D sweater for her #ChooseYourOwnAdventureKAL, the third short row part of

the body.

Jasmin learned a *different* tubular cast-on and started a classic cuffed hat by Purl Soho to go with

Genevieve’s scarf.

Jasmin wove a Gryffindor scarf for Genevieve, out of Sunshine Yarns self-striping worsted in “Gryffindor”

on the cricket loom. Maybe 4 hours, start to finish.

Jasmin has finished-finished the secret project with the endless fringe!

Gigi’s is taking Fashion Design 2 at West Valley College

Big project is coming due. Suit with either a skirt or pants.  Princess style jacket with high waisted skirt.

Took pattern in and asked about slit. Drafted lining for skirt.  Had already cut jacket, skirt, lining for jacket,

interfacing.  Fused interfacing to fabric with ( 9 inch) cricut Easy Press.  Sewed main pieces together.

 

Also, sewing a pair of trousers out of muslin .
