The Hero's Journey with Rob Chestnut

Rob Chestnut loves the hero's journey: Frodo and the ring, Luke becoming a Jedi, Harry Potter, the Avengers, etc. In this episode, he shares all about his journey of faith, his identity as a Josiah Venture missionary, what he is doing now with the Training Team, and his love for Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. Rob and his wife Audrey served with Josiah Venture from 2011-2016, working with the English camps team in the Czech Republic. After moving back to the U.S. for several years, where Rob served on staff at a church in Florida, they once again felt God leading them back to JV. They returned to the Czech Republic in August 2019 and currently live in the city of Ostrava, where they serve on Josiah Venture’s international Training Team. Rob focuses on developing disciple-making resources and training leaders across Central and Eastern Europe to effectively serve and equip others in their local ministries. Audrey uses her spiritual direction training to help lead the care and shepherding area of the International team and JV women.
