More about today’s guest: Michele is a professional sommelier, currently employed by Ca’ Apollonio Bistrot and Gourmet in Romano d’Ezzelino, near Bassano del Grappa. For him, the gourmet world was a real challenge, but now the restaurant is growing in popularity, as is its wine list.  He completed the Master ALMA-AIS, with a final paper dedicated to the PIWI varieties.
