About today’s guest: A native of Pasadena, California, Stephanie Cuadra is a longtime resident of Italy whose passion for niche products, lesser-known viticultural zones and rare grape varieties led to the creation of TERRESTORIA WINE IMPORTS in 2016. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Terrestoria sources small-batch varietal wines from Italy and Spain. Stephanie is also co-founder of LASORTE CUADRA in Puglia’s Valle d’Itria, where she and husband Roberto Lasorte collaborate with generational farmers and a local wine co-operative in the production of SILOS, an artisanal field blend of indigenous white varieties whose debut vintage was released in 2021.
