How To Have a Marriage You Look Forward To

Happy, Holy Mama - A podcast by Emily Brown - Lunedì

It’s been another long homeschool day and you’re looking forward to when your husband is done with work so you can get a break. After a quick rundown of how the day went and what to expect from now until dinnertime, you pass off the littles to your husband on your way out the door to drive the bigs to their afternoon activities (something you’ve been looking forward to all day, because it feels like a break to drive them somewhere, anywhere).  You may or may not have remembered to say hello to him when you saw him after work, it escapes you as you drive away from the house and toward the five minutes of quiet you’ll have after the bigs get out of the car and on to their next thing. You have a good marriage, but maybe not necessarily what you would call a ‘great’ marriage. If you’re expecting time, the advancement of your children’s ages, and being ‘less busy’ to take your marriage from good to great (or painful to less painful), then today’s podcast is for you. Today I’m talking all about what your marriage has to do with your homeschooling and how to prioritize your husband even during a busy homeschool day so that you can start having the kind of marriage you dream about having one day when your kids are grown, sooner.  Learn the first few steps to improve your marriage now even while your kids are little in today’s episode: How to Have a Marriage You Look Forward To.
