Decision Making and Consistency

Happy, Holy Mama - A podcast by Emily Brown - Lunedì

Did you know that you have about 65,000 thoughts per day? And did you know that about half of those thoughts are in decision making form?  This is important information, because there are two things that I hear moms complain about in February and the first one is decision making about next year.  The second is being consistent enough to survive this dreary month. While I’ve done a few different podcast episodes on decision making in the past, and I talk about consistency within other concepts that I teach on, this week is the first time when I dive into the connection between the two. Because when you can get to the root of your decision making struggles, then you are able to become more consistent with following through, feel more accomplished, and build the confidence you need to homeschool with peace and satisfaction. Grab your earbuds and join me as I explain how and why this works in today's episode: Decision Making and Consistency.
