We all want things that don’t make much sense when viewed from a broader perspective. The only way to create something magical is to start with something impossible. *Noam shares his radical and influential views about environmental change and other issues that need people’s attention or interest – how their points of view can be manipulated to make them directly link carbon emissions or other harmful substances to the damage they cause and try to be less negligent about such things. Do I need to be constantly producing and always getting better every single second of my hour? Probably no. I could be hanging out and just having a nice time with the people here on the course and observing. Our guest discusses how school teaches us the black and white reality, but it does not teach us how to deal with it. Whether we should maximize our time and stay productive and busy all the time or we should do nothing at all for at least some fixed time periods. Why, sometimes, finishing things that we start or sticking to them is not as important as we think it is? How gender roles are not fixed and how different errors can also make a business unique and successful. *I think that the state of gender is definitely changing a lot. I think that the world is going through a new openness. I think that we’re going through a crisis of masculinity and I think we’re going to see a lot of changes around that. I think that the gender question is definitely going to be a big topic. *Noam has an open, innovative, radical, and revolutionary approach to the topics of gender identity, diversity, roles, expression, sexuality, and much more. He believes that the focus is soon going to shift from the stronger or more masculine side of women to the softer or more feminine side of men.*I love the feeling that as much as the last hundred years have been about empowering women and about elevating women. I’ve got a feeling that this next phase now and the next five years might be the beginning of reconnecting men with both masculinity and femininity. I can see the response to what I’m doing is so surprising. I mean, for metrosexual men and women in Costa Rica, in the US and the Philippines, young and old, it’s really amazing to see how people are responding. *Noam discusses how being on a privileged side of the society in any way makes you unable to complain or be unhappy about anything – especially as a kid – when you keep getting told that there are people who are in a much worse condition. As a young guy, when you are frustrated, you are not allowed to cry because that is sissy, but you are not allowed to shout either. That creates bottled up emotions.A moment that something becomes a routine. It’s time for me to change.Subscribe! If you enjoyed the podcast please subscribe and rate it.
