Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Postpartum Health with Sandy Seitz

Fit For Motherhood - A podcast by Alyssa Yost

In this week’s episode we talk with Sandy Seitz, MSe, EP-C, 200CYT.

Sandy is an Exercise Physiologist, soon to be a Physical Therapist and mom of 2 angel babies and one 5 year old. Nothing is TMI as she helps mama's prep for giving birth and supports them in recovery. You can find her cracking jokes and making the uncomfortable, comfortable. She believes in the ones starting over, beginners, the underdogs, and those that don't see it in themselves!

We talked with her about her experience working in women’s health and discussed all things related to postpartum and pelvic floor dysfunction along with exercise during pregnancy.

Also, as this is our first episode where we are talking about fitness, exercise, health, we want to remind everyone listening that this is not a substitute for direct, personal, professional medical care and diagnosis. None of the information or exercises mentioned should be performed or otherwise used without clearance from your physician or health care provider.
