Roughly one in five women who know they are pregnant will have a miscarriage, and yet for something so common, it remains a topic rarely discussed. Alice Yu is a medical student at Monash University who conducted a small research project on how couples feel about the support they received after miscarriage. Her supervisors are Dr Jade Bilardi and Professor Meredith Temple-Smith. Alice's findings have implications for the way we provide services to couples and individuals. Alice discusses what couples say they really need when they are going through a pregnancy loss.
