Causso Moore was born and raised in Atlanta Georgia. Growing up, he mostly focused on sports, weightlifting, and cooking. In 2008, after getting a MRI, his neurologist diagnosed him with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). A disease in which nerve damage disrupts communication between the brain and the body.. While enduring years of countless hospitalizations and using several walking aid devices, ultimately his MS medication stopped working. He had a “rock bottom” experience in the latter part of 2017. He encountered the worst exacerbation of his life, totally losing his independence and was admitted to the hospital for nearly a month. This was the linchpin to his organization “My Struggle Is My Strength.” ‘My Struggle Is My Strength,’ is a business that began as a support group in 2018. Causso, an active activist, started the company off by selling t-shirts on his website to raise Multiple Sclerosis (MS) awareness. In 2019, his team ‘My Struggle Is My Strength,’ participated in the MS Walk. He has volunteered at the Atlanta Community Food Bank and also with Hands on Atlanta. His continuous passion for health and wellness enables him to consistently workout weekly. As the company continues to grow, his near future goal is attaining speaking engagements, telling others how to transform their lives.
