DiverCity Podcast (www.divercitypodcast.com) is simply about Diversity and Inclusion in The City – this spans banking, finance, capital markets, entrepreneurship, investment, technology, human resources and government policy. We aim to keep Diversity and Inclusion on the agenda with a fresh perspective, showcasing D&I initiatives and best practice. On each episode we invite recognised leaders and influencers - people who are pioneers in their own right - to talk about areas of transformation, aspects needing greater focus, and offer ideas to help organisations and individuals drive change.
