Defense: calibrate the amount of food in the bowl to what your pup will consume and lift it up if your Champion in training doesn't consume it immediately.
Offense: who wants to play defense when you can go on offense?!?! i.e. do some sprints (refer to last podcast) and burn some of that puppy primal fuel. I bet our Champion is going to need to replace those calories you two are burning as you train through play!!!!
