Sarah Markwick is a Human Resources manager who has launched a podcast show called "Don't be a Jerk at Work." This is a very funny and illustrative podcast show that aids to build a better workplace through casual and humorous conversation.

When Sarah is not working on her podcast, she is drawing or writing with headphones on, organizing hockey subs, or being her own boss at Light the Lamp Consulting where she is definitely not a jerk at work. Although sometimes, her 5yr old thinks she is a jerk at home.

  • Education: Sarah Markwick is graduated in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
  • Experience: She owns the Light the Lamp Consulting firm.
  • Accomplishments: Co-creator of the podcast "Don't Be a Jerk at Work."
  • Fun Fact: Captain of her hockey team 
  • Obstacles Overcame: Sarah suffered from imposter syndrome. She recovered from a rupture of her Achilles tendon.
